Hey loves, I’m Tory!
A creative professional based in Tucson, Arizona, with a passion for storytelling, visual design, and human-centered learning.
My path has taken me from banking in a small Georgia town, to working as a barista, to supporting students in higher education finance. Each chapter has taught me something important about people, communication, patience, and connection. Whether I was explaining financial information, creating a meaningful customer experience, or helping students navigate complex processes, I kept coming back to the same purpose: helping people feel seen, supported, and confident.
Along the way, I fell in love with photography, video, and brand design. What started as a creative interest became a way for me to tell stories visually and help ideas feel more personal, clear, and meaningful.
Today, my work is growing into the field of learning design. I’m especially interested in how technology and AI can support accessible, engaging, and human-centered learning experiences in higher education. My goal is to design resources, training, and creative learning experiences that help people understand complex information and use digital tools with confidence.
Beyond my work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two pups, dreaming up my next creative project, or planning a little Disney magic.
